What You'll Do

As a Remote Insurance Specialist, you'll meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments and provide personalized benefits education and support.

Client Consultations & Enrollment

  • Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits
  • Identify each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
  • Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and policy features
  • Provide needs-based coverage recommendations
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment
  • Assist with required documentation

Ongoing Client Service

  • Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
  • Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
  • Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
  • Provide ongoing customer support after enrollment
  • Help clients navigate the claims process when needed
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
  • Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing guidance is available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
