AO Globe Life is looking for Remote Member Protection Agents to help clients explore life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage. This role combines relationship building, virtual client service, and a strong opportunity for income and career development.
You will not be left to figure it out alone. Our team provides online training, daily coaching, mentorship, warm leads, and resources designed to support your growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Speak with clients who have expressed interest in receiving information
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Ask questions to understand each client’s needs
Explain relevant insurance options
Follow up professionally and maintain client relationships
Work toward individual performance goals

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
