Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled consultations with clients via phone or virtual platforms

  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options

  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Provide ongoing support and personalized solutions for existing members

  • Address questions and concerns with professionalism and care

  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records

  • Manage appointments and workflows efficiently in a remote environment

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated professionals who work well independently and collaboratively
