What You'll Do
As a Legacy Protection Advisor, you'll meet virtually with members and families to understand their needs, educate them about available benefits, and provide ongoing service.
Member Consultations & Benefits Education
Conduct scheduled consultations through Zoom and phone
Connect with members interested in learning about available benefits
Identify individual and family protection needs
Explain life insurance and supplemental benefit options clearly
Answer questions regarding coverage, policy features, and benefits
Provide needs-based coverage recommendations
Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Assist with required documentation and account information
Long-Term Member Support
Your relationship with clients continues beyond enrollment. Responsibilities may also include:
Conducting policy reviews
Assisting with beneficiary updates
Answering coverage and policy questions
Helping with account and policy service requests
Providing claims-related guidance
Following up as client needs change
Maintaining accurate digital records
Building lasting relationships through exceptional service

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
Have access to a computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
Be comfortable meeting with clients virtually
Be willing to complete required training and professional development
Licensing guidance is provided for candidates who are not currently licensed.
