In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective candidates—helping schedule interviews, confirm appointments, and ensure a smooth, professional experience from the very first conversation.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Phone Booker, you'll help keep our recruiting process running efficiently by:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in our opportunities

• Confirm candidate interest and answer basic scheduling questions

• Schedule appointments using our online calendar system

• Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule appointments

• Maintain accurate notes and update candidate records in our recruiting system

• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving efficiently

Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, recruiting, scheduling, call center operations, administrative support, or sales is helpful—but not required. We provide comprehensive training.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
