Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Account Manager, you will work directly with members who have requested information, guiding them through available coverage options and helping them make informed decisions. This fully remote role offers flexibility, structured training, and the opportunity to grow professionally while delivering excellent service to families nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members via Zoom

  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options

  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Provide ongoing account support including updates and client inquiries

  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • A self-motivated, service-focused mindset

  • Customer service or client-facing experience (helpful but not required)
