Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Member Protection Consultant to help individuals and families explore insurance options that may provide valuable financial protection. You will work remotely with prospective clients, conduct needs-based conversations, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
We provide warm leads, training, coaching, mentorship, and a supportive team environment so you can focus on helping clients and building a long-term career.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
Schedule and lead virtual consultations
Identify client needs, goals, and insurance priorities
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients understand benefits and make informed choices
Provide professional follow-up and client support
Maintain accurate documentation and organized communication records
Attend training, coaching, and team development meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
