Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Benefits Account Representative to provide education and support to clients reviewing insurance options. You will connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual needs-based appointments, and help individuals and families better understand life, accident, and supplemental health insurance.

Responsibilities
Engage clients through company-provided warm leads
Schedule and lead virtual appointments
Conduct customer-focused needs reviews
Explain available insurance products and services

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
