What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
Introduce clients to available life and supplemental benefit options
Guide members through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Develop customized solutions aligned with each client’s needs
Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage appointments efficiently
Provide ongoing support and respond promptly to client questions
Participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings
Build long-term relationships with members through strong client service
