Key Responsibilities
As a Member Experience & Benefits Consultant, you will:
Welcome and onboard new members through the enrollment process
Conduct virtual consultations by phone and Zoom
Provide personalized guidance based on each client's unique goals and needs
Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Respond promptly to client questions while delivering exceptional customer service
Build long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and support
Organize appointments and maintain accurate digital records
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development

Minimum Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection

Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
