Position Overview
AO Globe Life is hiring a Member Protection Consultant to work remotely with individuals, families, and eligible member groups seeking information about insurance coverage. You will guide clients through a professional needs-based process and help them understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options.

Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
Identify client needs through active listening and thoughtful questions
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage
Answer client questions and provide clear next steps
Follow up consistently to support a positive client experience
Maintain organized records and professional communication
Attend regular training and coaching sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
