Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Member Benefits Advisor to assist individuals and families with reviewing important insurance protection options. In this fully remote role, you will work with prospective clients, learn about their needs, and provide helpful information about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance.
You will receive warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and mentorship designed to help you build confidence and grow in a client-focused career.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Complete needs-based conversations to understand client priorities
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Help clients understand coverage, benefits, and next steps
Provide timely follow-up and professional support
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
