AO Globe Life is seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to assist clients with understanding life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. You will work remotely with individuals and families, complete needs-based consultations, and provide clear information that helps clients make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Learn about client goals, needs, and coverage priorities
Explain available insurance products and benefits
Assist clients with understanding their options
Provide professional follow-up and ongoing support
Maintain accurate client records
Participate in team training and mentorship programs

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
