Guide members through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Develop customized benefit solutions aligned with individual client goals
Respond promptly to client questions and provide ongoing support
Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments efficiently
Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with members
