Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Managing Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a team of agents

  • Providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development

  • Establishing clear goals and accountability standards for team success

  • Supporting agents in delivering compliant, client-focused benefit solutions

  • Maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance across all sales activity

  • Creating a collaborative, high-performance remote team culture

  • Driving long-term growth through strategic team expansion and productivity initiatives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior leadership experience in sales, management, or team development

  • Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills

  • A proven ability to lead independently in a remote environment

  • Experience setting and managing performance metrics

  • A growth-oriented mindset with adaptability in fast-paced settings
