What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Guide new clients through the enrollment process.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on each client's needs.
Answer client questions and provide exceptional ongoing support.
Conduct policy reviews and assist clients with updates as their needs change.
Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and outstanding service.
Maintain accurate client documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
