AO Globe Life is seeking Supplemental Benefits Specialists to join a remote team dedicated to serving individuals, families, union members, and association members. You will help clients understand insurance options that may provide financial support during unexpected events.
What You’ll Handle
Reach out to prospective clients from warm lead lists
Set virtual meetings and complete follow-up conversations
Review client needs and priorities
Present appropriate life, supplemental health, and accident insurance solutions
Answer questions and ensure clients understand their options
Maintain professional, timely communication

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
