Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Benefits Advisor to help individuals and families understand insurance protection options that can support their financial well-being. In this role, you will meet with prospective clients virtually, identify their needs, and provide clear information about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance.

Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Complete needs-based client reviews
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Answer client questions and provide clear, professional guidance
Follow up promptly and maintain strong client relationships
Keep accurate records of client communication
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
