In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access important benefit programs while building meaningful relationships and providing dependable service.

This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and pre-interested client consultations—no cold outreach or door-to-door sales required. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this role provides a strong path toward a meaningful long-term career from home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom

  • Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options

  • Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication

  • Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools

  • Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work

  • Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
