What You’ll Do

Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs

Understand each client’s needs and explain available coverage options clearly

Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process with professionalism

Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication

Provide ongoing support including policy reviews and client questions

Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and team meetings

Build long-term relationships that support positive client experiences
