Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with members from an established client database to understand financial protection needs

  • Provide clear, professional guidance on available benefit and coverage options

  • Support individuals through the application and enrollment process

  • Maintain consistent communication to provide updates and answer client questions

  • Assist existing policyholders with coverage reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance

  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance standards


Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication platforms

  • Strong organization and time-management abilities

  • Self-motivation and attention to detail

  • Problem-solving ability and a service-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a remote team

Previous experience in sales or client service is helpful but not required. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.
