What You'll Do
As a Remote Insurance Benefits Representative, you'll combine client service, benefits education, relationship building, and insurance sales through virtual appointments.
Client Consultations & Benefits Education
- Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Identify individual and family coverage needs
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Answer questions about policy features, benefits, and coverage
- Help clients evaluate available options and make informed decisions
- Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
- Review existing coverage and discuss appropriate updates when needed
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships through professional, personalized service
- Provide ongoing assistance after enrollment
- Respond to client questions and service requests
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication
- Keep accurate digital client records and documentation
- Deliver a positive client experience from initial consultation through ongoing service
Professional Development
- Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training
- Attend ongoing coaching and professional development sessions

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be physically located within the United States

- Be comfortable communicating with clients virtually
- Be willing to complete required training
- Hold or be willing to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
Licensing guidance and support are available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
