🎯 Your Main Objective: Keep the Interview Calendar Full

As a Remote Appointment Setter / Phone Booker, your primary responsibility is helping interested applicants successfully reach the next stage of the recruiting process.

That may include:

  • Contacting newly interested applicants

  • Confirming they still want to learn more

  • Helping them understand the next step

  • Scheduling interviews and career overviews

  • Confirming appointment details

  • Reminding candidates about upcoming appointments

  • Following up with candidates who have not yet scheduled

  • Reconnecting with applicants who missed an appointment

  • Helping interested candidates reschedule

  • Keeping candidate records and calendars organized

Your work directly supports candidate engagement, interview attendance, and recruiting results.

You’ll be one of the first people prospective candidates speak with after expressing interest.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Make outbound calls to candidates who have already applied or responded to a recruiting opportunity

You may be responsible for:

This is an outbound phone-based position, so applicants should be comfortable making frequent calls.

However, you’re not randomly dialing consumers who have never heard from the organization.

You’ll primarily contact candidates who have already:

  • Submitted a job application

  • Requested information

  • Expressed interest in an available opportunity

  • Begun the recruiting process

  • Scheduled previously and need a new appointment
