Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations to understand members’ financial protection needs
Educate clients on available life and accidental benefit options
Provide recommendations aligned with each client’s personal goals
Guide members through the application and enrollment process
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Provide ongoing client support including policy updates and claims assistance
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally
Comfortable using digital tools in a remote work environment
Organized and capable of managing a structured schedule
Sales or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided).
