Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations to understand members’ financial protection needs

  • Educate clients on available life and accidental benefit options

  • Provide recommendations aligned with each client’s personal goals

  • Guide members through the application and enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations

  • Provide ongoing client support including policy updates and claims assistance


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally

  • Comfortable using digital tools in a remote work environment

  • Organized and capable of managing a structured schedule

  • Sales or client-facing experience is helpful but not required

Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided).
