📋 Educate Clients & Assist With Enrollment
Once appropriately licensed, your responsibilities may include:

Help clients understand policy features
Compare available benefit choices
Provide needs-focused recommendations
Assist eligible clients through applications
Guide clients through enrollment
Explain documentation clearly
Complete required digital records accurately
Our approach emphasizes education, service, and informed decision-making rather than high-pressure sales tactics.

Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews
Assist with beneficiary updates
Answer general coverage questions
Provide ongoing follow-up
Help direct clients through applicable claims-support processes
Maintain accurate client records
Update documentation when needed
Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities — No Traditional Cold Calling
Spend more time helping people and less time searching for random prospects.
Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested or expressed interest in receiving information about available benefits.
No lead purchasing is required.
The client process is focused on:
Connect → Understand Needs → Educate → Recommend → Enroll → Support
This allows representatives to focus on meaningful client conversations rather than relying solely on traditional cold prospecting.
🇺🇸 Serve Working Families
AO Globe Life works with individuals and families, including members of labor unions, veterans, associations, and other working households.
Clients may be looking for information about:
Supplemental life insurance
Accident protection
Supplemental health benefits
Family financial protection
Benefit enrollment
Coverage reviews

Ongoing policy support
Your role is to help make that information easier to understand.
