🤝 What You’ll Do

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you’ll help create a professional, educational, and supportive experience for prospective and existing clients.

Connect With Clients

You may:

  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

  • Connect with individuals and families interested in receiving benefit information

  • Ask questions to understand each client’s needs, priorities, and concerns

  • Listen carefully and identify areas where additional financial protection may be helpful

  • Build professional, long-term relationships

  • Provide a personalized and respectful client experience

  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up

📋 Educate Clients & Assist With Enrollment

Once appropriately licensed, your responsibilities may include:

  • Explain available life insurance options

  • Review accident and supplemental health benefit options

  • Answer questions about available coverage

  • Help clients understand policy features

  • Compare available benefit choices

  • Provide needs-focused recommendations

  • Assist eligible clients through applications

  • Guide clients through enrollment

  • Explain documentation clearly

  • Complete required digital records accurately

Our approach emphasizes education, service, and informed decision-making rather than high-pressure sales tactics.

❤️ Provide Ongoing Client Service

The relationship does not necessarily end after enrollment.

You may also:

  • Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews

  • Assist with beneficiary updates

  • Answer general coverage questions

  • Provide ongoing follow-up

  • Help direct clients through applicable claims-support processes

  • Maintain accurate client records

  • Update documentation when needed

  • Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements

Strong service and follow-through help create long-term client relationships.

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities — No Traditional Cold Calling

Spend more time helping people and less time searching for random prospects.

Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested or expressed interest in receiving information about available benefits.

No lead purchasing is required.

The client process is focused on:

Connect → Understand Needs → Educate → Recommend → Enroll → Support

This allows representatives to focus on meaningful client conversations rather than relying solely on traditional cold prospecting.

🇺🇸 Serve Working Families

AO Globe Life works with individuals and families, including members of labor unions, veterans, associations, and other working households.

Clients may be looking for information about:

  • Supplemental life insurance

  • Accident protection

  • Supplemental health benefits

  • Family financial protection

  • Benefit enrollment

  • Coverage reviews

  • Beneficiary updates

  • Ongoing policy support

Your role is to help make that information easier to understand.

💰 Weekly Commission-Based Pay + Performance Bonuses

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity, not a guaranteed hourly or salaried customer-service position.

Compensation opportunities may include:

  • Weekly commission payments

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Renewal income

  • Residual income opportunities

  • Leadership compensation for qualifying representatives

  • Recognition incentives

  • Additional performance-based rewards

Uncapped Commission Potential

There is no predetermined hourly wage limiting commission production.

Your earning opportunity is influenced by factors such as:

  • Activity

  • Number of client appointments

  • Consistency

  • Production

  • Client enrollments

  • Performance

  • Individual results

Income is not guaranteed, and individual earnings vary significantly.

🏠 100% Remote / Work From Home

Build your career from home without a daily commute.

Client appointments, training, coaching, and team communication are conducted virtually.

Your workday may include:

  • Zoom consultations

  • Phone appointments

  • Online applications

  • Client appointments

  • Training

  • Follow-up

  • Team communication

  • Professional development

This environment may appeal to individuals who value:

Flexibility + Independence + Performance-Based Growth + Professional Development

Successful representatives understand that flexibility works best when paired with discipline, time management, and consistency.

🎓 Insurance Licensing

You do not need to already hold an insurance license when you apply.

Because this role involves discussing and enrolling clients in insurance products, representatives must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting activities requiring licensure.

Licensing guidance and support are provided.

Applicants should be willing and able to complete the required state licensing process.

📈 Career & Leadership Development

Looking for more than an entry-level remote job?

Representatives who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, consistency, initiative, and leadership ability may pursue additional responsibilities.

A potential career-development path may include:

  • Mentorship

  • Recruiting

  • Team development
