🤝 What You’ll Do

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you’ll help create a professional, informative, and supportive experience for prospective and existing clients.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

  • Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits

  • Build rapport and establish professional client relationships

  • Ask questions to understand each client’s needs and priorities

  • Listen carefully to questions and concerns

  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

  • Help clients understand available benefit choices

  • Provide personalized, needs-focused recommendations once appropriately licensed

  • Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment

  • Complete applicable documentation

  • Assist with beneficiary information and updates

  • Conduct applicable policy and benefits reviews

  • Provide ongoing client follow-up

  • Assist with general customer-service questions

  • Help direct clients through applicable claims-support processes

  • Maintain accurate digital records

  • Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements

  • Participate in training, coaching, and professional development

Your goal is to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make.

🛡️ Customer Service + Benefits Education

This is more than simply processing applications.

You’ll help clients understand how available supplemental benefits may fit their individual and family needs.

Once appropriately licensed, your role may include:

  • Conducting virtual benefits consultations

  • Reviewing client priorities

  • Explaining available coverage

  • Answering benefit-related questions

  • Helping clients compare available options

  • Providing needs-based recommendations

  • Guiding eligible clients through enrollment

  • Providing continued support after the initial appointment

Our approach emphasizes education, service, and informed decision-making rather than high-pressure sales tactics.

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities Provided

Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested or expressed interest in receiving information about available benefits.

No lead purchasing is required.

The role does not depend on traditional random cold calling.

Instead, your focus is on:

Connect → Listen → Educate → Recommend → Enroll → Support

That means more time serving clients and less time searching for people to contact.

🇺🇸 Help Serve Working Families

AO Globe Life works with individuals and families, including members of labor unions, veterans, associations, and other working households.

The people you serve may be looking for:

  • Supplemental life insurance

  • Accident protection

  • Supplemental health benefits

  • Family financial protection

  • Benefit education

  • Assistance reviewing existing coverage

  • Help understanding enrollment options

Your responsibility is to provide a professional, client-focused experience from the first conversation through ongoing service.

🏠 100% Remote / Work From Home

Work from home anywhere within the United States while remaining connected to clients, mentors, teammates, and leadership virtually.

Your workday may include:

  • Zoom consultations

  • Phone appointments

  • Digital applications

  • Online enrollment systems

  • Client follow-up

  • Virtual training

  • One-on-one coaching

  • Professional-development sessions

No daily commute. No traditional office requirement.

You’ll need:

  • Reliable computer or laptop

  • Reliable high-speed internet

  • Webcam

  • Microphone

  • Professional home workspace

Remote work provides flexibility, but successful representatives also maintain the consistency, professionalism, availability, and accountability required to serve clients effectively.

⏰ Flexible Scheduling

You’ll have opportunities to organize your schedule around personal and professional responsibilities while maintaining the availability needed for client appointments, training, and follow-up.

This environment may appeal to individuals who value:

  • Work-from-home flexibility

  • Greater control over their schedule

  • Independent work

  • Goal-oriented performance

  • Professional development

  • Advancement opportunities

Flexibility works best when paired with consistency and strong time management.

Compensation opportunities may include:

  • Weekly commission payments

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Renewal income

  • Results

Individual earnings vary significantly and income is not guaranteed.

📚 No Insurance Experience? We’ll Train You.

Previous insurance experience is not required.

Training and professional development may include:

  • Structured virtual onboarding

  • Insurance licensing guidance

  • Product and benefits education

We value work ethic, professionalism, communication skills, integrity, coachability, dependability, and willingness to learn as much as previous industry experience.

🎓 Insurance Licensing

You do not need to already have an insurance license to apply.

Because this role involves discussing and enrolling clients in insurance products, representatives must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting activities requiring licensure.

Licensing guidance and support are provided.

Candidates should be willing and able to complete the required licensing process.

❤️ Professional Support & Qualifying Programs

Eligible and qualifying representatives may have access to opportunities such as:

  • Professional coaching

  • One-on-one mentorship

  • Leadership-development programs

  • Professional-development events

  • Company-sponsored incentive travel

  • Performance contests

  • Additional advancement opportunities

Incentives are performance-based and subject to applicable qualification requirements.

📈 Build More Than a Customer Service Job

This opportunity can develop into much more than entry-level client support.

Representatives who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, initiative, consistency, and leadership ability may pursue additional responsibilities.

Benefits Representative → Benefits Advisor → Trainer/Mentor → Team Leader → Management → Advanced Leadership

As you grow, you may have opportunities to develop experience in:

  • Client relationship management

  • Coaching

  • Training

  • Mentorship

  • Recruiting

  • Team development

  • Performance accountability

  • Business development
