Remote Customer Service Sales Manager
AO Globe Life is seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to join our remote organization as a Customer Service Sales Manager. In this leadership role, you will guide and support a team of client service professionals while helping ensure a high standard of service for the families, veterans, and union members we assist nationwide. Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote client service professionals
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance
Implement effective strategies to support team productivity and service quality
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Support team members in building strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Foster a collaborative, results-focused remote team culture
Qualifications
Previous leadership or management experience in client service, consulting, or sales environments
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
