Position Overview
As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand their available benefits while providing outstanding customer service and long-term support.
This role combines relationship building, education, and client service in a collaborative, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Families
Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
Educate families on available benefit and coverage options
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and care
Assist clients with policy updates and ongoing service
Build Lasting Relationships
Develop long-term relationships built on trust
Conduct policy reviews and follow-up appointments
Deliver personalized benefit solutions
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
